About Me

With over two decades working as a therapist, I offer an approach which results from extensive training, years of practice and life experience. I am trained in a range of effective therapies, including Psychodynamic Therapy, IFS, ACT, and Inner Child Work in order to provide a comprehensive and effective path to healing.

Over the years, my personal journey has deeply informed my work. As a mother of two grown children, someone who has lived abroad, and a member of a multicultural family, I understand firsthand the complexities of identity, transition, and belonging. These life experiences allow me to bring warmth, openness, and a broad perspective to my work with clients from all walks of life.
